Ennis fire service at Ennis General Hospital where they were called into to assist following a major water mains incident on July 4th. Personnel filled the roof top tanks so that the hospital had water for showers, toilets etc.

Emergency Services from Shannon at the scene of a rail crash in Cratloe Co Clare on the 20/06/2012. It seems that a Tractor collided with the Limerick to Galway train at a level crossing.

This incident happened on Saturday, on the Cashel road Clonmel, the occupants had a very lucky escape, a mother and two children who manage to get out of the burning car, were taken to South Tipperary General  Hospital 2 units of Clonmel Fire Service were quickly on scene but the car was gutted by fire at that stage.

A fire broke out in the Multi Storey carpark at Blackpool Shopping Centre on Tuesdaty the 01/05/2012. Emergency Service personnel tolt the Cork Independant that a car had caught fire on the second floor of the carpark.

An Irish Coastguard Helicoptor ( Rescue 115 Shannon ) has successfilly winched a casualty from thr MS Balmoral. The ship left Cobh Co Cork on the morning of the 10th of April for it's journey across the Atlantic retracing the last journey of the Titanic

A man in his 50s who was part of a BBC film crew,onboard sufferd a suspected heart attack. The vessel was 190km of the Irish Coast when the crew of the Helicoptor winched the man onboard..

Cork Citys main railway station had to be closed for a time on Friday the 24/02/2012 following a gas leak. Members of the public where evacuated from the station by members of the Emergencey Services at the Incident. The Stationed reopened at 18.20hrs and all trains where back to normal.

A massive blaze at the Countrys biggest pallet manufacturer in Clondrohid near Macroom in Co Cork on the 18/12/2011. The fire at the 20,000sq m plant caused huge damage. Units of the Fire Service from Macroom,Millstreet,Ballincollig,Kantuck and Kilarney ( KFRS ) and also Water Carriers from Mallow and Bandon were called to the scene at about 07.20hrs. It took Firefighters a number of hours to contain the blaze.

A two-seater plane crashed near Slievenamon in Co Tipperary on Monday 8th of Augest. The plane crashed in a field beside a wooded area near Slievenamon around 11.30am. Gardaí said the light aircraft came down at Ballyduggan, 2km from the village of Mullinahone.

It is understood there were two men, aged 46 and 48, on board and both were injured. Fire services, gardaí, ambulance crews and the search and rescue helicopter from Waterford Regional Airport responded.

At approx 04.30hrs Firefighters from Ennis were alerted to a domestic  house fire in Ballymarley on the outskirts of Ennis. On arrival they discovered a Bungalow well alight. The blaze was brought under control  rapidly using 2hose reels and a CAFS line.

Fire badly damaged a wing of Our Ladys hospital in Cork City on the 29/12/2010. Five units of the Cork City Fire Brigade were called to the scene at around 10pm to deal with the fire. Gardai are treating the fire as malicious.
